When will my order deliver?

We package and deliver orders on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. 

What method of delivery?

We deliver using Lalamove to guarantee that your plants reach home safely on time.

Do you do postage during RMO?

Postage are suspended temporarily due to service disruptions.


Does the price include pot?

Plant and price stated is without pot. 


What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns for our plants, unless your plant is damaged upon arrival. Please send us photos of your plant and a description of the damage to renjanaplantshop@gmail.com  and we will get you sorted. We will honor returns on unused planters, but the customer must pay the delivery cost.


I see a plant that I want on your Instagram, but it's not on your web store. Can I have it shipped?

This is a possibility! Shoot us an email or DM on Instagram with the plant that you're interested in and we'll let you know
